Ovi is a Structural Engineer with over 15 years of experience in both new construction, and rehabilitation of existing buildings. His focus is on design and field reviews of roof replacement projects, rehabilitation of existing buildings, testing of building envelope components, and design reviews.
Ovi brings to each project excellent communication and problem solving skills, a strong commitment to client satisfaction and in depth knowledge of envelope components and assemblies.
JOHNNY ZHAO, BAsc, M. Eng. - Junior E.I.T.
Johnny Zhao is a Junior Engineer at DMA Consulting and Engineering, boasting a strong foundation in building structural analysis, design, and construction methodologies.
In his role, Johnny closely collaborates with the Principal Engineer to ensure the efficient production of project drawings while adhering to strict deadlines. He also conducts project structural design and site inspections to ensure safety compliance.
His innate curiosity, attention to detail, and drive to continually study and improve ensure the successful execution of DMA projects from design through to construction
IRINA ALMASAN, BSc. - Project Manager
Irina is in charge of all the non-technical business aspects at DMA.
Her role is to ensure the business runs smoothly, allowing the rest of the staff to focus on their important technical work. Irina is also responsible for creating and implementing any new systems and operational procedures needed as the business grows. Irina helps bring visibility to the company through various marketing efforts.
